Adayout 2.com…. was conceived when looking through some images that I had taken on a day out to Buckinghamshire Railway with my wife and one of my sons.

I realised that until I had been there I had never really appreciated what a great place it was for a day out. I had never seen anything in a leaflet, brochure or even a web site that gave me any impression of the place or what to expect.

As I thought back through all the other places I had been; I also realised that I had never really gained the insight from anything that I had seen previously in any media and that the range of images that I had taken gave a much better impression of what was on offer; thus – the seeds of ....

Adayout 2.com were sown".

The places I have visited so far are arranged by County and some of the images may have additional images showing the same view from different angles. Please click on the thumbnails or images for a larger version to appear.

I realise that many things like weather, time of day, special events etc. may change the appearance of some of the images to those you may experience. However, I believe that the range of photographs should give a good flavour of the place.
