Here we see some of the images from the first re-runs of the locomotive, which took place on Sunday 19th May 2013. http://www.adayout2.com/the-47395-running-at-the-northampton--lamportrailway-on-19th-may-2013-133-c.asp

09/01/2013 - Just finished adding some updated images/words to a local attraction here in Northamptonshire; close to where I live called Stoke Bruerne Canal. I was pleasantly surprised to find an old delapidated work shop next to the mouth of the canal tunnel and it was now being used. I first heard the banging which I soon found out was coming from a 'black smith'. I had a fantastic chat with the gentleman who owns the shop and I would recommend anyone to have a chat with him - especailly if you are interested in 'weapon history' of any age. The things he knew were amazing. Please leave him a little time to do some work and perhaps buy some of his handiwork or commission him. Follow the link: http://www.adayout2.com/stoke-bruerne--canal-40-c.asp if you are interested.
24/09/2012 - Finally got round to editing and adding the images that my brother Glen took of the Jubillee Sywell Air Show; that took place on 19th August. It looks like it was a great day out. I wish I could have been there, but I had another
engagement. See the images and information under the 'Northamptonshire' heading and remember to click on the images for all those extra views.
24/09/2012 - Went to the 1940's Homefront Wartime Weekend Event at the Rushden Transport Museum & Railway. See the images at : http://www.adayout2.com/rushden-transport-museum--railway-116-c.asp The amount of effort and detail in the costumes of those taking part was awesome. The Winston Churchill Look-a-like was uncanny.
25/06/2012 - Spotted the recently re-liveried "Charles Wake" Diesel at the Northamptonshire Ironstone Railway Trust (N.I.R.T) in the repainted Northampton Colours and Crest. It look really smart . Click on the following link to see it:

17/06/2012 - Just added a wide range of attractions in and around Blackpool (Lancashire) which my brother Glen took recently. Having lived in Blackpool for several years when I was a young man; it is interesting to see how the place is gearing itself up for the future and the amount of development which has taken place over the last 5-10 years. Plenty of things to do - even if it does rain!
09/06/2012 - I was pleasantly suprised to come across a visit of the National Street Rod Association (NSRA) to the Northampton & Lamport Railway today. See the link at : http://www.adayout2.com/national-street-rod-association-meet-at-northampton--lamport-railway-on-9th-june-2012-90-c.asp
